Costco Chili Crisp Roasted Chicken

  • 1 Star Anise pod
  • Chili crisp (we suggest Kari Kari Garlic Chili Crisp – produced in Seattle)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut oil
