TOMS RIVER – A fitness club is moving into the Toms River Buying Heart, taking the place of a defunct sporting products chain.

Earth Conditioning has leased a 17,867-sq.-foot place at the Route 37 procuring center, a place that was at the time property to Modell’s Sporting Merchandise, according to R.J. Brunelli & Co., a professional real estate brokerage in Outdated Bridge. 

In March 2020, Modell’s submitted for personal bankruptcy security and closed all of its retailers.
